Kwest's Online Analyst allows nominated members of clients' staff unlimited access to information on a secure internet-based platform accessible 24/7 via a password protected log-in, meaning your data is always available, and never compromised.
Our combined telephone/online input approach is streamlined to maximise efficiency in that while the interviewers are conducting the survey by phone, they are completing an online questionnaire at the same time. This cuts down on the time needed between when the data is collected and when they are available to view and interrogate.
Our CATI system works seamlessly in conjunction with our bespoke Telephone Management System, which allows interviewers to record where a resident requests a call back at a more convenient time of day, helping to maximise participation rates. The system records the date, time and outcome for each attempted contact, in addition to timing key sections of each interview so that any anomalies that come up can be investigated.
